RSA FG spin-off successful at LEARNTEC trade fair 2020 in Karlsruhe
The Viennese MicroLearning-Company KnowledgeFox, a spin-off of the Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft – RSA FG, successfully presented itself at the LEARNTEC in Karlsruhe at the end of January 2020, the meanwhile largest and most important trade fair in Europe for learning with digital media. At this event the international Who-is-who in the fields of mobile learning, learning nuggets, gamification or virtual learning meets.
The German wiki for small and medium-sized businesses reports on the success story of KnowledgeFox:
“KnowledgeFox was originally developed from a diploma thesis at the University of Innsbruck. From there it went to the Mobile Knowledge Lab of the Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft (RSA FG). Until 2017, when the Swedish Bonnier Group took over, the Innovation Center also held significant shares in the start-up, which was founded in 2012. Peter A. Bruck, overall scientific director and CEO of RSA FG, was therefore also one of the two founders, along with the current managing director Gregor Cholewa. With major customers such as Voestalpine or Samsung Austria, KnowledgeFox has so far had its customer focus in Austria. In Styria, for example, students at the Medical University of Graz are successfully practicing in subjects such as histology and pharmacology, in Lower Austria there is a KnowledgeFox e-learning app for the extra-occupational continuing education courses at the Danube University Krems.
