For the cases defined at the beginning, ICNM staff will work with the current
applied processes in interviews. Additionally, available materials such as
e-mails (newsletter or direct enquiries) and the existing contact database
in order to gain an understanding of how the problems are currently being solved.
Subsequently, ‘Use Cases’ are created in the Web application and the matching for these
configured. This means that users can create special entities that
are given special treatment by the system, such as a job offer or
Invitation to participate in a conference as a speaker.
The aim is to provide the main functionality that the system should provide for the ICNM network
The prioritisation of the use cases is agreed with the client. The
Use Cases are developed in smaller iterations and are implemented with a group of Friendly
customers from the existing ICNM network.
Server resources will be prepared for the operation of the system and an automated
Deployment configured. The website is configured under a
Domain made available.
