ChatGrape – The Chat Assistant

In the research project with Chatgrape, an intelligent chat assistant is being developed that supports user interactions that frequently occur in chat systems. It will be able to recognize and process date information, for example for making appointments, surveys, or information about the team infrastructure. Through the use of statistical learning methods, the system is to be improved incrementally through implicit user feedback and thus step by step become a human-machine interface to a variety of team-oriented services (bug tracking, calendar, source code management, …).
