Preparation of planning principles for commuter networks in the city of Salzburg and the surrounding area

Extensive commuter matrices on a small-scale basis are prepared in such a way that they are suitable for the respective purpose can be represented with spatial visualization methods. With the available database, commuter networks of the city of Salzburg (4 HotSpots) with the surrounding area are quantified and displayed. In further consequence also the inner-city interdependencies – between urban districts (not part of this project). Besides the integration into the spatial development concept, the data basis, e.g. also suitable for the further development of possible parking zones. This information can also be used for evaluation and analysis of building potentials can be used.
