The Feedback App enables public transport users to send feedback, wishes and
to submit suggestions for improvement in a structured, spatially related form, which can be directly
optimized offer planning.
Among others, the following evaluations are possible:
- Accessibility to the stop
how was the stop reached (foot/bike/car…) - the stop itself
- the quality of the stay
- the quality of public transport services / connection quality
- line-related criteria such as punctuality, cleanliness.
The feedback information is then georeferenced (stop-related /
line-related) are displayed in the visualization tool for the planner. There the link
with further quantitative indicators on public transport services such as travel times and frequency.
The aim is to link planning information with the feedback information of
citizens to stops in order to improve the planning basis for, among other things
transport associations or transport companies.
