The Salzburger Nachrichten reported in detail about the BONUS project in its print edition of May 30, 2022. In particular, the practical benefits for homeowners were highlighted. The aim of the project is to create a holistic consulting service in order to make optimal use of existing potential for interior densification and thus ideally create new living space.
The project is coordinated by RSA FG iSPACE. Innovative methods of data analysis are used to identify suitable sites and evaluate factors such as site quality, energy efficiency, transport connections and open spaces. On this basis, a holistic post-redensification consulting service will be established to support owners in developing their properties according to their individual needs in a land- and energy-saving manner.
Particular attention is also paid to a holistic view and integration of the areas of mobility, open space and greening.
