Zentrum Alpines Bauen with iSPACE and new image video at the Salzburg Science and Innovation Meeting
The Center of Alpine Construction, newly founded by FH Salzburg and Research Studio iSPACE 2018, will be a guest at the “Salzburg Science and Innovation Meeting” in Vienna this afternoon, March 14, 2019. The event, opened by Governor Wilfried Haslauer and moderated by “Salzburger Nachrichten” Editor-in-Chief Manfred Perterer, highlights the strengths and current focal points of the Salzburg research landscape. The event starts at 3 pm in the Ludwig Urban Hall of the Haus der Industrie in 1030 Vienna, Schwarzenbergplatz 4.
Studio manager Thomas Prinz will be the studio iSPACE in the thematic block “Zentrum Alpines Bauen: Intelligent buildings in innovative settlement systems”. FH professor Thomas Reiter from the FH Salzburg and master builder Arnold Schmitzer from the Salzburg State Guild of Construction complete this block.
The Centre for Alpine Construction will also be presenting a new image video, which clearly presents the three focal points of the Centre for Intelligent Building Envelopes, Intelligent Energy Systems and Simulation of Settlement Systems with computer animations and many visuals. Resource-saving and energy-saving interventions on existing buildings will be shown as well as post-compaction solutions. Tip: Very worth seeing!
