The numerous participants at the Mobility Forum considered the roadmap for the future. Both the PRIMA project and the zukunftswege.at mobility laboratory were presented in the new ‘Sciene&Innovation’ format.
‘The future of mobility – building networks, strengthening connections’ – this was the motto of the Mobility Forum that took place in Salzburg these days. Many RSA FG studio iSPACE researchers followed the call and presented two projects.
The team presented its FFG research project PRIMA at the new ‘Science&Innovation’ exhibition format. Stefan Herbst from studio iSPACE gave a short input with Vicky Gabriel from project partner Mobyome. The aim of PRIMA is to create evidence-based planning principles for integrated mobility services in on-demand transport/micro public transport for specific spatial types. During the breaks, guests were able to find out more about the specific project results for planners at the PRIMA booth. At ‘Science&Information’, exhibitors from business and science presented their products and projects. This provided a platform for the many initiatives and promoted dialogue between business and science. The Salzburg Transport Association (SVV) presented the mobility lab zukunftswege.at, another iSPACE-project.
The main programme included numerous high-calibre presentations, including a keynote speech by Helga Kromp-Kolb, as well as workshops, best practice examples and a panel discussion with politicians and business leaders.
